Delivery order was over a hour late. I called several times so the pizza was cold when I got it. I understand it was raining but when I contacted the store to inquire about my order, the sales associate/manager idk which had the nastiest attitude. Then, she hung up She is why I gave a one star and the pizza had to be warmed. The service is really unacceptable.

They are a little slow about coming to the counter. But, I know everyone is short staffed. They were still very friendly and pizza was great!!

Edge to edge pizza actually goes edge to edge with toppings. A little cheese would have been nice as well.

Had a personal pan pizza. I tried to call it in twice, but no one would answer the phone. Took 30 mins to get the pizza. They really need to hire more employees.

The employee what made the pizza made it exactly how I preferred it. I requested for my crust to be well done and they cooked it exactly how I liked it. The pizza had the right amount of toppings and was evenly distributed on the pizza. I appreciate a good pizza and will definitely order from this restaurant again. Thank you so much for a wonderful pizza experience!!

Rude employees that refused me service. I will be contacting corporate to file a compliant. If this place wants to stay in business they better start firing some employees and get decent people working for them!

I love Pizza Hut. This one is nowhere near customer service friendly. I am new to this area and I can't believe the horrible customer service. I have called in for delivery twice. I had to call & cancel the orders both times because it was well over an hour and nothing was delivered. I live right down the street (less than 10 minutes away). I get that due to COVID19 everything has been altered. So I continue to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Called earlier this week & I was told the computers were down & no orders could be placed. Today no deliveries were being made. The website clearly post that deliveries are available. People answering the phone didn't sound concerned about customers. Staff at this place need to go to Chick-Fil-A and take notes on customer service!!

This is for the 911 hwy 25 store by GameStop. So for the second and LAST time this pizza hut has failed us. Placed an online order at 7:20...app said it would be delivered around 8pm. Obviously not. We called at 8:20 because the tracker still said "we've received your order" The guy on the phone said oh yes, I see this order, it's gone out in a car already. It should be there shortly. Okay. I'll wait the rest of this hour...9pm still no food. We're now an hour late, if you're keeping up. Second phone call, Graham answers and says, "Oh Zack just left with this order plus 12 other orders." Wait a minute... I thought it left before 8:20 when we called the first time. The tracker still says order received. At 9:44 we still have no food and call again. This time Zack answers the phone...wait a minute...is this the same Zack who left with our pizza the second time? Zack's advice is that he will be happy to give us the phone numbers of all the other customers and we can call and explain to them why our order is more important than theirs. His "supervisor" gets on the phone and asks for our name and number...Look at our order!!!! We ask for her name and the number of the owning corporation of this store and she HANGS UP! The starkville pizza hut is complete and utter garbage. The only reason they stay in business is because kids come into town and don't know how bad this place really is. YOU OWE YOUR CUSTOMER BASE BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS!

Ate inside, never again. It was super dark and the food wasn't very good at all. It also took quite a while for someone to allow me to pay for my food. Won't be eating inside again.

we were here for birthday party couldn't bring our drinks in so ask to buy two 2-liters was told yes at first then manager said they don't serve them with dine-in then some more people came in and was gave a 2 liter at their table and was dining in also

The customer service is awful at this location. This location needs to be shut down. Wrong orders, rude employees, refuse to make order right even when corporate becomes involved and places order. Ask for manager and they put someone other than manager on phone. Told us they can’t see “nothing” online and that’s why orders are wrong. Also told us we could come make pizza ourself because they didn’t have time to make it right.
