Please tell me why my mailman never picks up my mail EVEN THOUGH he leaves new mail in the box??? Flag is up, stamps are on all mail to be sent out. It's happened twice since I moved here 3 months ago.

For the love of Jesus!! Are they still open or not? Every time I go there they are closed.. I have gone at different times in the day and they are never there.. Are they permanently closed?
