He came out to get the tire size as I didn't bring it in (mower tire) Asked him to just call me to let me know if they had that size tube. I'd wait in my car. Didnt call. Didnt have ANY tubes that size in stock at all. Just vehicle and up...AFTER calling to make sure they had mower size tube in stock AND they didn't bother telling me they had moved so I drove nearly to east mccomb before coming back to summit. Perhaps a 1 time experience but I tend not to trust a place that can't handle/doesn't know the simplest of tasks.

Terrible customer service. I bought a hose crimper from this guy and he backed out on the deal last minute. Awful communication! Do not do business with these crooks!!
