Had an adult signature package come in and instead of attempting to deliver it they just left a note to reschedule delevery. When I called i was hung up on twice.

This is the second time I’ve complained about the service I get from Sumrall postal workers. My mailbox was left open a few junk pieces were on the ground, I normally don’t go out to get mail this early but did today cause I was waiting on my Title.Why was my SMALL package set on the ground in middle of my drive way instead of being put on my porch like they normally would do. The notification said garage, we don’t even have a garage. This is completely ignorant the first time I complained the cashier or mgr argued w/ me stating the worker had been w/ them for 10yrs instead of assuring me they would correct the issue an it’s still happening! sorry bunch of workers.

Reliably "loses" at least 3 packages a week. Deserves to be shut down and the employees charged with theft.

I honestly don’t know if they deserve good review anymore service isn’t as great as it once was I find it crazy how they won’t let you pick up your, but will wait and take 3-4 hours to deliver it it’s disappointing.

They always deliver late and it’s nearly impossible to get assistance over the phone. They need to step up to the plate like UPS and Fedex.

I use the informed delivery through my email and they have a habit of delaying deliveries of packages. They mark packages as delivered and you're lucky if you get them. Good luck calling USPostal inspection you'll be on hold for an hour. I end up having to call at least every month or so or even getting a refund on missing items.
