“They all deserve a raise for what they have to put up with on a daily basis. Every employee is so extremely patient, despite having lines of 20+ customers blaming them individually for their package issues, and blaming them for things that are beyond their control. I really appreciate how kind the people are who work up front and they are constantly working as hard as they can. The waits are long but the postal workers are understaffed, underpayed, and overworked. All of that combined, they're obviously doing their best”
