The unit sits in a decent location, however when I arrived, my code didn’t work, had to call customer service for a temporary code. Then once I arrived at the unit, it wasn’t available for entry. Had a red lock that said see manager. Again, had to call customer service to resolve. They ended up switching to a different t unit, but the unit was occupied although there wasn’t pa lock on it. So, again had to switch to get yet another unit. This time, I was able to gain entry, but there was trash on the floor that should’ve already been cleaned out for a new tenant. In somewhat of a defense the facility is closed on Sundays which is when I applied for the rental, but customer service was very nice to help me.

Everyone here was so nice and I was able to secure my stories unit online. It's always been kept up and I always check on me if they see me here and advise me as to size I have used two different size units here they can always been accommodating and helpful
