Regularly delivers high value items to wrong addresses. If not to the wrong address, they will seemingly find any reason whatsoever to not deliver the package on time. The drivers are also terrible at reading, and will leave your packages out in the open during inclement weather. Set up a protected area for packages that is enclosed and closer to the road to maybe try and help them understand that I don't want my packages soaking wet, and they still set the packages out in the open. Despite doing everything I can do to make their job easier, they still find a way to mess it up. Steer clear and have your orders shipped through a private shipper if possible. I'm beyond done with this post office and trying to hunt down packages that were misdelivered and tired of bringing soaking wet packages into my house with items that aren't supposed to be wet.

Postal worker came flying down my driveway, dropped of a package, then proceeded to turn around IN MY GRASS. When my wife went to confront her, the driver told my wife we could come pick up our packages from the post office from now on. Total disrespect, very unprofessional behavior!! This person should be fired!!!!

If you have a problem they will not answer their phone. We have a mailbox and they said they attempted to deliver a package, which would fit in the mailbox, after the mail carrier had been by. We were home at 3:28, the attempted time of delivery. Our other mail was delivered around noon. Go figure ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ why didn’t they deliver a small package with other mail as they normally do ??

Worst service ever. They were supposed to Deliver a package on Friday but said they couldn’t because of my massive ferocious Feist dog so reschedule delivery for Saturday no response on website. When I called on Monday, they said that they would deliver it the next Saturday or I could pick it up. This package cost me over $400 Tell me I have to wait over a week to get it. No sir, that’s the last package I’ll be having delivered to my house via USPS.

Horrible service. We had an Amazon package that was supposed to be two day shipping. Six days after purchase it finally says out for delivery. Then at 7:26 PM it says failure to deliver due to animal??? The package had a bottle of nose spray, that is always put inside our mailbox. You mean to tell me an animal stopped you from rolling down your window and putting a tiny package in a mailbox??? Plus we all have inside animals none of my neighbors or us have outside pets. Please try to do better this was pure laziness!!!!!

Hahaha one star is too much! My mail is always late, the carrier leaves packages on random cars whoever may be at my house at the time, stuffs things that don’t fit in my box, and try to charge me for things that no other post office does! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Clerk in Post Office is rude and shows discrimination or prejudice against white people. Lies and says she has to sell books of stamps only, instead of a few. Carrier purposely bypasses address when there is a package. Constantly delivers other peoples mail to our address.

Employees are not friendly at this location at all!!!They are loud, have even heard them laughing outside of the building. Anytime I’ve been in and needed their assistance they seemed offended and just plain rude. Brochures, boxes and change of address forms that should be stocked in the lobby are never available.
