I booked online. It gave me 2 options to choose from. I got there and it was not available. Tried to call that Monday to get a refund they will not respond. Horrible service since the previous owners are gone.

Honestly, it's the absolute worst when it comes to keeping up with payments. Our deceased mother's unit is supposed to be on autopay but it NEVER is and without fail, every other month we get notifications that a payment needs to be made - and then we get emails of lockout and lien notices along with $130+ fees even though we have receipts of this place being paid.
