Stop! Go somewhere else fast.. this company is the biggest scam in the history and I am currently working with BBB to get them investigated. This company preys on people with less credit. They get their money knowing they are not in the best financial situation and then talks to them as if they are less then. I have loss three jobs so far dealing with this company and let me tell you why. I had no idea that if I wasn’t even behind they would still cut the car off just bc it bc due that day. For example my payments are due 105 weekly or if you get paid bi weekly it would be 210 . Payments due every week on a Friday if you get up after 10 am your car is already off even tho at this moment it’s not past due but just the regular weekly payment is due . I have heard of car payments being due every 30 days and I get that one week and then it’s due and it’s cut off before you are even able to get up to see your paycheck.. besides that they have very very rude staff. The turnover rate at the place is horrible, they are trying to train new people every few days bc no body stays. They have lost a lot of business bc they set unrealistic expectations on the customers and they give out false information bc I had no idea about a car being turned off I actually thought the car was broke down bc nobody has told me that and they have yet to give me any paperwork on all the things that they are doing . There is legal things going on right now so I can’t go to deep into it bc it will jeopardize the case.. just run and run quick, bad service,company scammers , they always say the owners will not speak to anyone. They have horrible staff that doesn’t know anything about how to handle business.. some lady name Kim that sound like she may have been bullied in school and now have some platform to try and make up for it in life working for them. She’s very uneducated and rude!

NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!!! The Manager or what ever she was was incredibly rude even though I was talking in a polite and respectful tone. Had this car for two years and as long as they got they money it was fine. After that you’re on your own about fixing your car. I talk about trading my car in for four months and they said I could if you get it to 3,000. Today I paid a total of 957( one of which the car was broken down and they did not want to fix so it was late and I let it sat) to get it 3,000 after two years of paying a total of 11,000, they lied over the phone saying I could just take the car up there and get a new ride. The car is fine and has been serviced. But they said a completely different thing when I was in person. -100 for the win!!!!!!

My experience with action auto was terrible. They sell horrible vehicles. I would give them a zero if possible. Please do not buy a car from them. They will screw you over. They refused to take the junky car back and sued me for the money. They have been a pain in my butt since I purchased from them. I do not recommend. If you read a 5 star review for them, it’s probably fake.

so bad. if i could i would leave no stars. blowing up my phone 24/7 for money even tho i’ve payed 11,000 dollars. the car broke down the whole time i had it, they took advantage of me not knowing how bad car lots are. these good reviews are very much fake or not long term. these people have not had the car long enough to know how junky it will be. this place sucks! do not buy a car from here.
