I just moved to Tupelo at the beginning of last month for a new job with my girl, Daisy. She's a 9-year-old chihuahua who I am fiercely protective of. We had Daisy spayed back home in PA and she coded, twice. The vets there said it was from a complication due to the anesthesia. I brought her in here for a regular visit and they suggested a dental cleaning and extractions as some of her teeth were in bad shape. I told them about my experience before putting the dog under, and the tech could not have been any more compassionate, understanding, and thorough with me about my concerns. She just went in today and I got a call as soon as she was done that she did great and there were no complications at all. There are so few words for the comfort that gave me. I would highly recommend you bring your fur baby/babies here if you're looking for a new vet. Thank you to each and every one of you that looked after my girl today. ?

Been using animal care center for years. I drive thirty mins from new Albany because they treat my babies so well. We use them for boarding too.

Always a hidden fee. They tell me it's going to be this set amount then when I go to pay they add in extra fees. This wasn't the first time this has happened. I talked to the technician with dark brown short hair. Extremely Rude. Told me that if I wanted to talk to a Dr. about the extra charge she would charge me to talk to the Dr as well. UPDATE : Instead of taking care of my dog with the rest of his treatments they told me to come pick up his medications. They didn't like knowing they did wrong and have no intentions of fixing the problem . Just thought I would let everyone know. Improvement with costumer service is highly needed especially from the owner Dr. Shelley Russell.

Always friendly and professional. Vets always call with updates. They found a growth on one of my dog’s spleen and have removed three growths from another dog. I am very pleased with ACC.

We had an emergency where we had to take our dog too because she got into something she wasn’t supposed to and thankfully they were there waiting on us on a Sunday we are so thankful they helped us out and saved our dog Hershey

They have cared for my dogs since I moved to Ms. 4 years ago. We board them often and they are taken in for checkups exact. They will take care of my dogs for years to com.

I’ve been to a lot of vets in my life. I understand that costs of of everything has gone, up but I have never had to pay $85 just to walk through the door and have an office visit at a vet. The staff seem very nice but for average people middle class I won’t be back because I can’t afford that.
