I spoke with Charles who was super friendly and polite. Customer service is not dead at Avante Floral Design Studio. He asked for my budget, told me what the delivery fee was for the area as I was calling from out of state and said he could do a same day delivery. I gave him total artistic freedom to put an arrangement together for my mom. Prior to sending the flowers to her, he sent me a photo of the arrangement and I was blown away! I just know my mom is going to absolutely love the stunning arrangement he put together for her. They had lots of wonderful clothing and other such accessories. They did not have a dress that I was looking for, but let me tell you something these ladies Were so kind.
