(6/29/25 @ 5PM) Went to the estée lauder stand and waited to ask a sales associate to help me with my purchase but was directly ignore multiple times. We asked for help but the associate did not look up from her phone. Will be ordering products online and from other store instead.

Do not even try to speak with an associate in the store. Ai has ruined everything. At this point, I am going to order on-line everything I buy. I might as well because the customer service is not with this company anymore. I am so disappointed! I at the point that I want to close my credit card.

0 stars, not customer but this store feels they can spam my email with receipts and sent me advertisements even after I submitted a case and unsubscribed. The sign up process needs verified opt-in or at minimum a manager at customer service that gives a darn. For the record I tried to get the info from corporate about who caused this and why customer care did not respond to the ticket immediately or the next business day (Monday) so: here is the clip from the receipt. This store and their manager receive 0 and Belk corporate is on thin ice.

They are all under staffed. Clothing crammed on racks... but still go because they usually have descent pricing and sales.

I love Belk especially when they have sales just look at the material carefully because some of it is cheap they have a lot of clearance but they also have good and pricy things just be careful they have nicer things than Ross or the max and Neal’s which are all associated with Ross but they also have a lot of clearance’s on clothes so be careful you don’t know who has tried these on

Large selection of Big&Tall merchandise. Very clean store, friendly staff of workers and the merchandise was well organized. The merchandise that I looked at was reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the store and felt welcomed.
