I had a very strange experience at Bliss. I wanted to know if I could get a refund and the manager gave me a 20 minute lecture over the phone about small businesses in Tupelo. She said “It floors me when people ask for a refund” numerous times. I apologized 5 times for even asking, but that wasn’t enough. She wanted to teach me about “right and wrong.” I told her “it’s okay if you just say ‘no’” She didn’t like that either. As a customer, I don’t like being yelled at or given lectures over the phone. I will not be visiting Bliss any longer. If anyone wants a maroon Hulken bag, I cannot get a refund - but you can buy if from me😊

First time in there yesterday I was highly disappointed they have beautiful clothes when I walked in there was no greeting and therefore 10 minutes was never. I asked if I could be helped so I finally went and asked a question not as nice as I thought they would be.

When I came in, not a word was said to me. I walked past the employee 2xs and she never acknowledged my presence. I visited 4 other Tupelo boutiques & at every one they were friendly, but not at Bliss
