I have had to call Tyekasia Demmings several times to help me with online banking and accessing my checking account. She was absolutely AWESOME each time I spoke with. Very kind and understanding. You are very lucky to have someone like her on your team.

I would like to share that anytime I go to the credit union , Miss tyekasia Demmings she is very caring and helpful with anything that you may need. She is not rude. She’s very professional and she’s also polite and I love her for that. I have called on her several times with different issues. She never seem to disappoint me. She gets straight to the problem and if she can’t fix it then and there she keeps working till she get it taken care of and have not made me feel uncomfortable not one time and I want to thank her for that. Good customer service is very important

My dad has been banking with you all for 55 years, and he loves the hospitality he receives each and every time he enter his bank that's what he calls it. Thanks for serving us!

I am aways treated with courtesy and respect here!! They are super friendly and efficient! This the Tupelo,ms branch and I use them quite often! All of the staff are great but I want to give Tyekasia Demmings much praise. For most of this year she has been the one to help me to the point she knows me by name now. She is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them

Tyekasia Demmings at BrightView on Gloster was outstanding when helping me today. It started with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the building and continued with great service. Not only were all my questions answered but she also cleared up any confusion I might’ve had. Very helpful and fun to work with.

I love this credit union. They are awesome. I have a condition so sometimes I am confused on things. They take time to answer my questions, walk thru transactions with me and more. Ms tyekasia damming and Ms misty are God sent. They are sooo nice and always have a smile and kind word.

I agree with Shar! This is a horrible place to do business. After paying on a loan for 4 years!!!! and paying a $1,000 principal payment during the loan "which should have shortened the length of the loan", I paid THE FULL LENGTH OF THE LOAN, and Brightview has attempted to repo my vehicle over "alleged late fees". I paid 4 years, paid a $1,000 principal payment, which covered 4 months of the loan, then these people came up with bogus charges in an attempt to take my vehicle. I believe their lending practices are discriminatory and predatory, and I "believe" other people of color have been subjected to the same type treatment. Brightview needs to be investigated like yesterday!

The Credit Union is up to date and staffed by knowledgeable and friendly staff. In my experience with Brightview (which has been limited to a variety of financial transactions via my own Credit Union), it's among the best. Highly recommended.

Run. This is a horrible institution for several reasons:1. No one ever answers the phone. EVER. Does not matter the day or time you call, no one will answer- you are lucky to get an email response.2. As someone with a 780+ credit score and substantial income, I was denied for an auto loan. I specifically worked with MEGGAN GANT via online application. After I submitted the application, days would go by and only when I reached out to her, would she tell me if they needed any further information from me which is highly unprofessional and lacking motivation to get the work done. After 3 weeks of back and forth, I received a denial letter in the mail. I emailed Meggan to follow up and learn how I can improve my chance of approval. No response. I called, no response.I decided to go into the branch in person where I received contradicting responses for the denial which only leads me to believe I was discriminated against. Furthermore, no alternative options were offered to me such as a co-signer, taking out a lower amount, providing collateral, etc. Nothing. They just flat out denied a 780+ credit score.3. The leadership cares nothing about prospective customers. I spoke with SHAWNA LONG who was equally of no help and showed no concern or even offered ways to improve the chances of loan approval.I went to another credit union and was approved with no issues.I URGE YOU ALL NOT TO WORK THIS CREDIT UNION. It's not worth the time or hard credit pull. I am completely shocked and disgusted at how they handled a prospective customer.
