5 cspire workers in the store. 2 people helping customers one in back of store one doing repair in the back one on her phone doing personal stuff one on lunch came to register to help. This is totally ridiculous with 3 customers in store 20 minute wait.

A family member came to me to help with phone upgrade device. So, I went with him to Cspire to talk about the real distinctions between Android and Apple. Part of this would be to allow the customer to hold the phones that cost hundreds of dollars. The associates at this store were hesitant to answer, but ultimately they told me they could neither a) let us hold a new phone, just their personal Samsung, and b) could not even go into the back of the store to check what they had in inventory to sell us—they had to shop online and had no other power to help me, they said to me.
This is all really bad service, especially considering I and my family were paying customers before walking in the door. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 mainly because this seems like policy, considering how many staff watched this laughable scene. This is a problem with the leadership—the staff themselves were not helpful, but they were polite.
Caution to customers looking for purchasing advice here: This store has like 14 Samsung models on display, and only 1 Google model. I suspect Cspire corporate has good promotional agreements with Samsung.

I went here to get a new line and new phone, I was very nervous because of my finances and other things. Ingrid greeted me kindly and was so so nice. I was honest with her about money and she went OUT OF HER WAY to help me and give me everything I needed. The anxiety that I felt walking in went away pretty quickly because of how kind she was. Got here at the store at10:30 am still set here at 2:35pm tell me it could be 1 to 2 hours before my daughter and granddaughter gets there phone download Jessica Warner very bad service will not be back

I am very disappointed with the service at the Tupelo store!! I went there to upgrade a phone for my brother who had a stroke a few years ago. And they seem to occupied with every one else coming in to help me. Then when the lady finally decided it was time to help me upgraded his phone and handed me a watch and said you will have to pair it to his phone. Never took the watch out of the box or anything. Didn’t even tell me that he would need a charger with it. So I have to go back and buy one. Then I get home and find out she didn’t even finish setting up his phone!! Bad service all the way around!!!

I came in 15 minutes before closing on a mission. I know how aggravating it is when someone comes in so close to close but I was in the market for an ipad. they unfortunately did not have the ipad in stock but we got it ordered and i even got a great deal on an apple watch! the process was quick and easy and the employees were very friendly! i will be doing business here again:)
