They took the time to understand what I needed and offered honest expert advice without any pressure. I was impressed with the wide selection of computer parts available in store. Useless, a Mac Pro laptop battery for a 2016 doesn’t cost $600. Amazon has them for about $60. Maybe I can fix it myself.

Computer Universe in Tupelo is the best place if you want to get reliable service at a reasonable price. They people there are very considerate and understanding. I would recommend that they be the best place to get your next computer.

If you know anything about computers or only know how to turn one on avoid this place at all cost. You're probably going to know more than anyone here. Not too mention prices are absolutely insane, it's like 2020 scalping never left this store. I went in looking for something very specific, the guy then proceeds to walk over to the parts rack and say this is all I've got. Telling me it's better and the top of the line, and me who has been building computers for over ten years literally explained to him why it wasn't anything special and how amazon sells it for 1/3rd of the price. So yeah just do yourself a favor and drive 2 miles down the road to best buy. They may not be extremely knowledgeable but they're not gonna try to sound like they know what they're talking about when they don't.

The person who answered the phone couldn't actually help me with my problem and the person that I needed to see is not in there every day so I think that's something that can be fixed

Took my daughters Mac Book to the apple store for an issue, they came out of the back and told me it need a flux capacitor, a thermonuclear conductor or something along those lines, said the repair would be $500+ and just recommended I bought a refurb w/warranty for just a couple hundred more $$$. Brought it to the guys at Computer Universe, $50 later up and running like a champ. Apparently my daughter had spilled a soda on it, a little cleany cleany and er'thing better. If you have a problem with your PC this is the ONLY place to go!!!

Great Experience, Owner helped me with my old computer, helping me diagnose my issue as well as having the product on hand to repair it. Great knowledge and helping me understand what was going on with my computer and offered options on how to fix it. I am back on my computer writing this review. Good and Friendly employees as well. Building a pc? Do not go here. The guy is pretty rude and not at all honest about pricing. Best Buy was a million times more helpful, kind, fast, and inexpensive. I’m sure their other services are good, but not pc building.
