Been with Cricket for 2.5 years service is good but netwspeed is not very fast I average 1-3 most need to increase their speed but overall I am happy

I cannot seem to get any help with my iPhone 7 warranty. Had phone less than two weeks and the screen went black and dead. The numbers I’ve called have been given the runaround. This number doesn’t do the warranty on the 7 call another number and have to leave voicemail which they don’t return. Can’t do in store warranty claim. Big mess then you have to leave over 400 dollars on hold in cases they don’t get the phone back. Not pleased with that part but service on my other line is great.

Not helpful at all I have a defective phone they sent me out the door after being a customer there for over 6 months.. will not receive another dime from me their loss spend that 106.00 a month elsewhere!!!! You won't have to I'm taking my business elsewhere hope you have a wonderful and blessed day.. but to send a customer that pays the payment due ahead of time every month without a phone to even use or resolve the issue is very unprofessional sorry.....
