As far as CVS’s go, I find this location to be one of the better. I’ve known to expect at least 2 hours for filling an Rx there, but I still decided to use them instead of a more preferred pharmacy when we moved back from out of state. The main reason for this decision was the HOURS, plus my prior interactions with the pharmacists here have all been positive.My issue is how the pharmacy sometimes closes early on a whim. You may pull up to the window to find the shade pulled down a good 15-30 min prior to time they advertise as open & you are SOL even if they’re still in there riding out the clock!It’s beyond frustrating when you rush to make in time & you do BUT your still SOL! A retail pharmacy store should remain open for business during the times they advertise they are, period. If you choose to work somewhere that closes at 9pm, then you should plan on being there a few min past 9pm for closing or either go find another place to work who has different hours!!! At this store, you have no way of knowing when this will be the case or not before you get there. And I’m not talking about showing up with a new Rx to fill, but picking up a Rx that’s sitting there ready which is a transaction that typically takes 2 min or less. It’s very frustrating when it does happen.

I would not send my dog here. I am a veteran. I went to the clinic and was diagnosed with Covid. CVS has a contract with the VA to provide meds to veterans. When I got there and showed my Veterans ID they seemed irritated. They passed my card around to different people, and then stated “the VA will not pay if a nurse practitioner writes the script.” I contacted the VA who stated that was ridiculous. I then tried Goodrx, which dropped the price to $24.00. A few minutes later, they said it did not drop the price. Another lie. they are grumpy with bad attitudes. If you are a vet, RUN! Please do not use this pharmacy, support the vets!

Very rude pharmacy staff!! We had just left SOG where my husband had a complete knee replacement and the wait time was 2 hours before his prescription could be ready. When I asked since he had just had surgery could I get it sooner and the tech told me that everyone had just had surgery and everyone was sick extremely curt. No, they haven't!! Only took 15 minutes at Walmart. No reason to be so rude!!

I really like CVS in Tupelo,Miss. The employees are kind and helpful.Big shout out to Emily she is always helpful and treats me and others with so much kindness.

Pharmacist lied and stated they had already sent the prior authorization to my doctor. I would know because I get a text on my phone. When he “re”-sent, the text came through. They have had my prescription since Wednesday. Saturday they send the prior auth. Now I have to wait until next week to get my medication. Incompetent people we have to depend on for our livelihood.

Placed online order - came to the register and this short woman with short hair I wish I could remember her name she was super rude and she made it clear the entire building was a pharmacy when I asked her a question about the order. I will never shop at this store.

They deserve 0 stars. Younger white girl with long dark hair doesn't know what she's doing. I was over charged for meds had to get a refund. Second time same issue. I still have the receipts. The two other ladies were rude too (one was a blonde and the other was a black lady). Pharmacist said he was new there and was sorry he couldn't help.... he didn't try. Seemed like he was scared to speak up. I had most if my meds transferred and plan on having the rest transferred to another pharmacy also. I do not recommend. Extremely rude and untrained for their jobs.

Likes: Consistent pharmacy service, friendly staff, willingness to answer questions, low wait times, drugs are in stock. Dislikes: A couple of prescription filling errors, hard to read labels.Verdict: I'm going to try out CVS wherever I go vs. decades at Walgreens. My insurance gives me the lowest prices here, sometimes less than a dollar.

At about 1pm on July 30 2022 my grandson went in here to pick up something for me. Everything was all well until the lady was extremely disrespectful to him and tried to be a smarta** to him. He has many mental health issues and he is really scarred by this traumatic event. Watch out for the old short-haired lady who's eyes are bulging out of their sockets because she is just plain rude.

This store has the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. They have been rude to me when I've picked up my RX, and they went WAY out of their way today to be rude to my friend picking up my RX. I have a terminal lung disease. I can't get out in this heat to pick up my RX's. I will be taking my business elsewhere. You all don't seem to want to keep any business.
