If i could give 0 star i would. While they fixed my problem they caused another one. They removed my passenger wheel and did not put two bolts back on and they other three were loose. This caused my tire to wobble and striped 2 of the bolts which i now need to get a new wheel bearing. They denied that they removed my tire but i got that same tire changed the week prior. Go here at your own risk and be sure to take pictures of your car before you give it to them. If they mess up your car they will deny it.

Dropped my vehicle off for repairs (smoking, grinding wheels, excessive oil usage, misfire, etc...) Was almost a month before I heard anything from them! Finally, the third week in November, they let me know what they thought my issues were, which were brakes, rotors, wheel bearings, and PCV valve. Asked if there were any more issues at the counter before paying, the woman told me no, those were all they found. Paid and drove to the store to get gas. Heading home, the driver's side front wheel started smoking. Called, and they said that the mechanic didn't have a chance to drive/test my vehicle because there wasn't enough gas in it, and the smoking from the wheel was just a break-in issue, and it would stop shortly. The smoking from the wheel did stop. Upon arrival home, I noticed that I heard loud squeaking from my front wheels, and they pop while turning now, which wasn't happening before. The vehicle still smokes, still uses excessive oil, and is now squeaking from the front wheels after I've paid to have those issues resolved. Terrible experience.

This is the best mechanic shop in Tupelo. They work on my personal vehicle plus my work van and never fail to get things done quickly and efficiently. Always friendly and polite and so helpful when I need a ride to pick up a rental car or even taking me home.

These sweet guys were an answered prayer for me today!HallelujahI noticed a vibration while heading East on Hwy 6 that turned to a wobble! Yikes!!!.I arrived at my appt by prayer. I thot I'm outta town, grandma, cant decide what's wrong. Help me dear Lord....I found Earnest on a search. They were 2 mins away. I prayed again. Walked inside and saw 3 beautiful crosses adorning the wall. (Thank You, Lord).They immediately moved cars, put mine on a rack and found the bad tire had 2 bad spots! They had a great used tired (that looked new) put on and me headed back East for a comfortable 1.5 hour drive home to help my dependent dad.Wow, what great, great workers all in 104° heat index!!!They blessed me and smiled after my grateful blessings and very reasonable price paid.Truly answered prayers for this humbled Gigi!!!May your business be doubly blessed by your wonderful help.I recommend these great mechanics anytime for any reason.Love & blessingsMaranatha ✝️??Service: Tires
