Could not stay because is smoke smell. Was told I would be refunded but refund did not go through. Tried to call to find out the issue but no one answered the phone.

Nice staff, good location. Last hotel with rooms in town during a conference, so didn't expect too much. There was a lot of crumbs and mystery messes on the walls, no towels, and very, very thin bedding. It seems like housekeeping is the issue. For the price it was as expected.
