“They quickly diagnosed the problem and when they found a fix that was as simple as a disconnected wire instead of charging to replace the doc they reconnected the wire and charged accordingly. Honesty is a big deal for me and they could have replaced the doc and nobody would have ever known and they'd make a lot more money but they chose honesty”
