The rental I got was very clean and nice ride.my insurance company said I could have it for up to 30 days.my adjuster had me set up for pickup on March 1st 2024.my car was finished getting fixed on Friday March 15th late afternoon.so I didn't bring it back till mon March 18th.cause sat they closed at noon.so they wouldn't reimburse me the $53 dollar deposit cause they said I kept the car longer. Then what really pissed me off,they took it upon themselves to charge my credit card another $73 without asking or telling.im trying to get my money back but I thought that was pretty sly of them to try and make etc $...

This team saved my trip!!We were in a truck accident the day before.Because it was Sunday, everything was closed.We have to get a hotel almost 200 meters from this location and wait until the next morning for a rental.I was impressed how the rental prices were double since the last time I had one a couple of years ago.The service was great. Thank you!!????

After confirming a 930 am reservation. At 1010 we were told we would have to wait 45 min. To sew if we had a car. After calling 6 times we had no answe and no car.

My rental had a flat with 5 days left on our road trip. I had an hour and a half left before check out time at my hotel with three kids waiting on me. I was panicked to say the least. They had no vehicles to exchange for mine. They got me into a tire change place and the whole ordeal lasted about an hour and half. The staff went out of their way to get me and my kids back on the road. Great customer service. Thank you!

I mean sure they gave us the car that's not what was bad. It's that they wouldn't accept cash or debit since we didn't have Mississippi license.They dont have a drop box and charged me around 30 for being an hour late, not even that, 30 mins

Even with a reservation still no luck to get a rental since yesterday even tho we were told that a couple vehicles would be returned back on the 13th and we should just go grab something to eat. We ended up driving back to Fulton after 2 hours of still no luck. I called and asked and were told that I will be given a call before closing time to let me know what is going on but never received a call. Ended up calling today again and still no luck with a rental. How can this be possible that there is no vehicles available when reservations are made and ppl are supposed to return vehicles but still apparently no vehicles available?! Very unsatisfied with the service. Update calls would be very appreciated as well

No drop box? The only rental service in tupelo without the option to return cars after hours. So renting a car on Saturday means paying for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. No exceptions. Or so i was told by the person I spoke with. Seems ridiculous and paying 300 dollars to use a car for half a day is extremely unappealing. I reckon that's why Hertz rental is completely overbooked and out of cars virtually every Saturday. Adding a drop box feature could get u a ton of additinal overflow business. Just a thought.

Lied about car availability. Told insurance agent that cars were available though they are not and they don’t know when they will be. Essentially no help
