Holiday weekend. Away from home. Vehicular emergency.
My vehicle was towed to this Express Oil location after closing. When we returned the next morning, the staff had analyzed the problem and how best to address it. The repairs were completed quickly. The staff was professional, proficient and very nice.

I went into Express oil on West Main Street in Tupelo Ms cause I had a flat and they were close to my job. A few days prior I was told by the express mechanic that I needed additional work done. Since I had already got the work done that he had mentioned I declined and only purchased the tire. About a week and a half I returned due to a flat on my rear and asked to purchase a tire for the rear. I had previously replaced the two front tires and got a front end alignment at another company but didn’t mention it to express. A few moments later I was told that I needed a front end alignment and two tires on the front. Since I had already purchased these services prior to coming I declined and stated I just wanted to purchase the one tire. The cashier was having trouble finding my ticket and the manager wasn’t helping. Finally the cashier went outside and stated that he found my ticket in the corner away from the other tickets When I retrieve my vehicle I realized the two matching tires that I had purchased were missing and that my alignment was messed up. I called and told Ken the manager and he lied and said that I haven’t been to his shop since 2020. I let Ken know I had the receipt and that I was reporting him and the mechanic before ending the call.Now I’m having to get work redone due to dishonest employees.

Cannot rave enough about the incredible service provided by Matthew & Donovan! We were driving back from a week at the beach and ended up with a hunk of metal in our tire! After calling and confirming they had a tire in stock we slowly! Made our way to the shop. They had 2 new tires out on our car and on our way within 20 minutes. Cannot recommend their service enough!

This team is awesome. I didn’t know what was going on with my car and they pulled it in and looked it over and explained what the problem was. I then made arrangements to leave my car with them for repairs and they had it done the next day by noon. I was so impressed and happy to have found a place to handle what was needed in such a short amount of time. I would recommend EXPRESS OIL to everyone!!!

Me and my daughter traveled to Tupelo from Starkville to do some shopping at Sam's. My car started to shake, but no sensor lights came on. We stopped in at Express and Matthew drove the car and came back and explained what was wrong and what he was going to do. It only took around an hour and I was relieved to know it was nothing serious. Thanks for peace of mind.

I came in with an air conditioner problem and was expecting a $1000 or more to fix. Matthew came in heard the problem and walked me through every step of the process. Within 2 hrs he had my husband and I on the road to Nashville with ice cold air. He was so knowledgeable and professional. I felt so comfortable and at ease with Matthew and his expertise. The cost was superb and so much cheaper than we expected. With my husband and I paying out of pocket to live in Nashville for 45 days due to his cancer stem cell transplant, the cost of this job could not have been more of a Blessing. Thanks so much Matthew for doing business with us. We Wil be back. God Bless
