I went to the store to fill up on gas for traveling on Monday. I scanned with my Walmart App to pay for my gas, and I realized that something wasn't right with the gas price. I tried to clear out the screen to change pumps, and the pump wouldn't clear out my credit card after several attempts to cancel the transaction! I went into the store to notify the cashier to clear out the transaction, and she was so rude, disrespectful, and nonchalant about the matter! She told me that the system wasn't allowing her to clear out my credit, and she told me that there was nothing that she could do! Well, I was shocked and upset because someone had already pulled up to the pump and was about to pump gas while my card was being held for payment on the pump! Thank God, I was still there, and I contacted my husband to call our credit card issuer because the cashier clearly didn't care! After I demanded the cashier to contact her manager, she called Tina, and Tina told her to cover the pump with a bag! I won't ever do business with the store again! I will use my Walmart App at Murphy and Walmart!

Never do you get a receipt at the pump? If I wanted to "see cashier",
I wouldn't have used my card at the pump!! Put some register paper in the pump handler so customers don't have to come inside in the rain, stand in line, and be inconvenienced by the lack of service and or effort to allow a receipt to be printed at the pump !!!
