I paid $26 dollars for two days shipping and the tracking number says delivered, but my friend never got the package I sent him. So I called FedEx and they made an open investigation, but wanted me to consider it as lost mail because they don’t know where’s the package. Like why make up fake transportation locations each time my package moved and say delivered if it wasn’t. Unless the driver delivered it to the wrong address.

This is the 3rd time that fed x has left our chewy packages out in the front yard in the grass. I am handicapped and can not go out there to pick the boxes up. I have notified chewy and they suggested I call fed x also. So here is my notification. I guess it just depends on the driver. Please help with this matter. Thank you

It's fine as a shipping center and the 3 star rating is because it's way out of the way to get there. They have an office in the middle of town which isn't functional because everyone is working from home. WTH??

Much better services than USPS, they are not only more friendly to work with but help you out in best way possible to get your package where it needs to be. It is well worth spending a little more to get alot more. I typically utilize UPS but their business center is not as friendly as this FedEx Ship Center. Be sure to have your packages ready to ship, the desk will be able to assist you if you have any questions. I will certainly be utilizing this option more as I send out more creations to customers and fans.

Order a product online from Walmart delivery driver claims he brought it to my address never did. Then proceeded to tell me he gives boxes to 3rd parties and let’s them get stolen. The delivery driver stole my package and knew what was inside. I will change my review when my replacement package returns and the driver actually comes to my address and up my drive way. Don’t understand why they would keep someone who steals and doesnt deliver packages without scanning the item. Each driver should be monitored now thanks! I will be recording every delivery driver coming down my road as proof from now on! An also not to mention I have all my neighbors now watching out for FedEx trucks and packages just be sure they don’t get mine.

Do not use FedEx! An overnight shipment has now become a week long ordeal!!! Over $70 the package via tracking remained in Tupelo for 3 days. When we asked to cancel the shipment we were told it was in Memphis. We issued a formal request (which they gave us tracking for) to have it returned to Tupelo. The following day it was in Houston TX (to be delivered to adjacent city). The tracking shows it should be delivered today (after 7 days) and now they can not locate the package.
