Had an amazing experience shopping at this location. Although they were very busy when I arrived, the store reps still was able to manage and assist me to the best of their ability. I highly recommend.

Went in to buy some shoes and the 2 employees I seen where too busy talking to each other and didn’t offer to help me, I went to Hibbett and bought my shoes, will not be back in that store.

They couldn’t get the buzzer off my crewneck, it was as if i walked in and started working. Was told “we can’t get the buzzer off, so we are gonna have to pass on this one.” They were nice just seemed overwhelmed and threw my problem to the side. Really disappointed ?

Thank goodness for The guy that helped my husband he was very knowledgeable of the products and knew exactly what to do and help us be satisfied customers. Wish I could remember his name because the other boy had no clue about anything.

I just wanted to thank the employee that sold me my shoes this morning. I haven’t bought a pair of sneakers in store since 2015 but this was great. Checked Wolfchase finish line in Memphis and they didn’t have my size and according to the website neither did the Tupelo location. The color way I wanted in the Nike air vapor max 2020s wasn’t even on the wall but the guy immediately asked if I was looking for something specific. I said yes it’s a color that’s not out here but he searched in the back for 30 mins and finally came back with the last pair and it happened to be my size. Thanks man. That was greatly appreciated.

I went to Dicks and waited 10 minutes and left bc no one would wait on me. They had one person moving slow. I went to finish line and the nicest salesman helped me and 3 others literally at the same time. He seemed to know what stock was in the back and what the customer wanted! He talked my very picky 13 year old into the cutest shoes and made her feel like she would have the coolest shoes in her grade! He was a hardworker! He was so personable and energetic! His last name was Bell! His first name started with a “J”. Possibly Jamarion. I hope this message gets back to his boss. He does a great job at the Finishline at Barnescrossing mall in Tupelo!
