Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet in hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good with fresh fruit and multiple choices for toppings for eggs and grits. Breakfast was not complimentary, but it was a small additional charge when booking online and and was served more like restaurant service. Be sure to choose breakfast room rate online to save money. Good location to access from interstate. Parking lot was clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

At first, the beautiful views will make you feel you have made a great choice. However, once I had completed my hectic day and finally made it to bed. The bar in the center of the hotel was still in full swing at 10pm on a Wednesday night so for 2 hrs you could hear the festivities taking place. I had the ac fan on and the bathroom exhaust fan yet still the outburst of laughter resembling a pack of hyenas kept me awake. Needless to say this ruined my experience.

I stayed here 8/31-9/1/24 (2 rooms). The staff was nice, rooms & hotels overall clean. The breakfast was awesome, I was given 2 breakfast vouchers for 2 free breakfast and when checking out my printed receipt reflected the free breakfast vouchers, days later checking my credit card I was wondering why was the total a little higher than expected so I checked my reciept on the app and found that I was indeed charged for 2 breakfast. Other than that everything else was lovely.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and pleasant. The pool is a little cool but clean and decent to use. The hot tub is clean, very warm, and relaxing. They even have a small shower area to rinse off in. The rooms are quiet and immaculate. Beds are comfortable, check in was an easy and fast process. I am a hitlon Honors member and have stayed with hilton for years, but after this stay, I have made the change from hilton to IHG rewards.

Very nice hotel which appears to have been recently built. I have to give extra stars to the breakfast staff, particularly Shenna, who did a wonderful job serving us omelettes and pancakes. She was helpful and friendly and served our food quickly. The coffee was hot, as were the eggs. The facility is clean and, did I mention, the breakfast was delicious? It's nice having a fridge and a small sofa in the room, plus a desk. We generally stay at airbnbs because hotels can be overcrowded and loud, but we were pleasantly surprised with the ambiance at the Holiday Inn & Suites. We paid $10 each for breakfast upon check-in, where the sign said BREAKFAST IS NOT COMPLIMENTARY! ...I was wondering if the breakfast would be worth it. But definitely was. Recommend!
P.S. Only drawback, your key may be re-keyed when you leave the room. They fixed the issue quickly but said it happens "a lot." This issue should be addressed by HI. I'm sure it is an annoyance to the staff as well as guests.

Enjoyed a night at this hotel, and Ashanti at the front desk was really awesome and helpful. I've been a Diamond member for almost 2 years now, and this was the first hotel that really made me feel like my status actually meant something.

Friendly staff. Allowed us an early check in. Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. Good food in the restaurant. Only issue we had was the Tv was small for room. Premium room should mean Premium tv. Tv should be mounted on the wall for better veiwing
Nearby activities: Tons of restaurants and shopping in a 3 mile radius.
Food and drinks: Restaurant in the hotel was fabulous. Beautiful bar area

As a Hilton guy, I have to say that this is the only town where I actually prefer Holiday Inn over Hilton. This hotel is really nice, and I love the bar in the middle of the hotel.
