“Drove 30 minutes to the store for some trim lumber, arrived 30 minutes before closing. Was greeted by the young man at the pro checkout as I walked in. Found what I wanted quickly and proceeded to checkout. Another young man was diligently re-staging lumber for easier customer access, leveling out pallets and working away. “While searching for a zero turn lawn mower, I was told they had one in stock that I was looking for. After driving an hour and a half they did in fact have the one I was looking for however after paying for it, getting the one year service plan, Jonathan headed out to get it unlocked and loaded on my trailer only to find out that the battery was dead and after several attempts to jump it off he put in a new battery. Using starter fluid the mower would crank and go back dead. After all this I requested a refund and told Jonathan after they got it back from the warranty shop to give me a call. I got a call from Jonathan on Tuesday to let me know that he had a new mower in that was still in the crate. I drove back up on Wednesday picked up the new mower and was credited for my fuel for my wasted trip on Sunday!!!! I would like to say thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!!!!!!!!”
