Good communication through many weeks of on and off rain. Appreciate that. Also the sorrow Zoysia did pallets were delivered when promised and the driver was friendly. Helped us get the sod as close to the spot we were laying as possible. Plus the grass is beautiful! There is a little known $10 pallet fee per pallet. Calling today to see if we can bring those back for $10 return per pallet.

Honesty is a policy not used often in society today. This business has proven to me they use honesty on a daily basis. Picked up palletized sod yesterday and when I got home, put it down and forgot about it. They didn't.
A few hours later received a voice-mail from them (my phone service is slow) asking me to call them. I did and was told I had not received my full order. The voice on the other end of the call apologized and told me to come get my order, again (no charge).
Thank you, Hussey Sod Farm for your honesty and integrity, taking time to make sure even an insignificant order such as mine was made a top priority, to make sure it was done right.
Sargent Major, who runs our home, says Hussey Sod Farm is truly "The cat's meow!"

I had 4 pallets of sod delivered , it was the worst sod I had ever seen, some of it came part when you tried to pick it up, there was pieces that little or no dirt .

Wish I could have rated them on the negative side of the number line. Rude, disrespectful, don’t stand on business, and unreliable. Lies. Told us they had quality and I wouldn’t buy their grass to lay in the woods

I had a great experience here. Went to pickup some sod and had an issue with our trailer. The team there went above and beyond to help us fix it and get us on our way. I really appreciate them and would recommend to anyone. The staff was so kind and accommodating! GREAT customer service and the sod did great.

5 pallets of dried up, grub invested mess delivered an hour + before they said they'd even cut the sod and then parked on the driveway... sod disintegrated as you tried to pick it up off the pallets - all for over $700 - avoid like the plague.

30% of the zoysia I bought never came out of dormancy, so they replaced 3 pallets. Except what they gave me as replacement was Bermuda….Would not recommend getting your sod from them.

Price is higher than anyone around the north MS area. I Tried to order pallet of SOD and they wanted to charge me for the pallet, when I have a pallet to give them in return. The Same brand pallet that they use. Told me it has to be one of their pallets in order to not get charged for it. I kindly declined to order from them.

Bought 10 pallets of over priced sod from these cheats. Paid $150 to have it delivered. Sent the pallets back with the driver. They charged me a $5 deposit per pallet and my receipt says it will be refunded upon returning the pallets. Now they say the only way to refund my money is to physically drive there yet they had no problem charging my card over the phone. I live an hour away which is why I paid $150 for delivery. Just another scam to overcharge customers.
