My latest visit to Kay’s was to purchase a gift for my step daughter’s birthday. She is such a special lady” and wanted her to feel special. What better place. I felt so welcome as we entered the store” which had just relocated from the mall to a stand alone store. The sales Lady” treated us like family and was very helpful with choosing the perfect piece.I can’t wait to come back for another trinket for myself or another special person ♥️

We needed to have a ring repaired. Lisa was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed for the repair and to listen to our concerns.

Kay Jewelers is the worst. I bought a watch which didn’t work the next day. They couldn’t take it back because of Covid. Nearly a year later they called bring in your watch. Several months passed… good news your watch is back… bad news it’s still broke. Nearly 2 years they have my money and my watch, seems like theft to me.
