I bought my dress at Kay’s after calling a few minutes before closing time, on a short notice and they were able to get me in the very next day( on a Saturday). Margaret was super helpful. I showed her my dress idea pictures and she knew right away where to start. There was only one other person there for a fitting, but other than that she was there every step of the way in helping me find THE ONE!! I couldn’t thank her enough for helping me find my dress. She’s super nice and VERY good at her job!!! The prices are reasonable and they had 15% off at the time of purchase. I did have to get a size up because it wasn’t in stock, but alterations will be very minimal. Super excited to wear it on me big day!!

After having a bad experience at another bridal shop, I called Kay’s Kreation last minute and they got me in as soon as they can and helped me find my dress. The lady that helped me was so kind and helpful. I honestly believe she is the reason to me having such a great experience. They wasn’t over crowded or busy. Beautiful selection from bridal, mother of the groom/bride, bridesmaids, and grooms! It was a great ending to my day. They will be my recommendation for anything formal attire!

Our daughter purchased her wedding dress at Kay's. The consultant helped her find the "perfect dress". Price was very reasonable and the alterations were perfect. Highly recommend!

Now that I've received my dress I can tell you how wonderful Kay's Kreations was to work with!I live in Rhode Island, but went dress shopping in New Jersey over Christmas with my family. Found 2 dresses I loved but couldn't choose so the NJ salon said ok we'll measure you and just call when you decide. It took about a week, but I made a decision, called, and both dresses I liked were discontinued the day after I tried them on. I was devastated. As a plus size bride I was worried about finding a dress that I felt confident, comfortable and beautiful in and after trying a few more dresses on locally I knew I had to have this dress named "Juniper." I called dozens if salons across the country looking for it in the right color and size and when I called Kay's, Margaret was there to save the day. It wasn't in their inventory, but she contacted their brand rep for "Juniper" and they were able to cut me a new dress in the right size and color and being in MS they would simply ship it to me when it came in. I got it this week, plus a garment bag and Kay's tshirt and the dress is even more beautiful than I remember ?I've never been to Kay's or met anyone in person, but this shows their integrity and kindness and I couldn't recommend them more!

My two hour private bridal appointment was everything I could have asked for. I got to try on multiple dresses without ever feeling rushed, and the staff is beyond helpful. Absolutely love this place, and would recommend to anyone!

Kay's is great. The staff was friendly and was prompt in greeting us and offering to assist. We were there for my nephew a tux, but while he was being fitted, my niece and I wondered over to look at some dresses. I got the feeling they don't like you to just browse, so that kind of erked me. The tux rental was also very expensive, in my opinion. I think we would have been just as well to buy one. I wished we could have given our business to someone else, but we waited a little late to get one on order so everyone else was sold out for his date. Guess that should have told us something, lol.
