Had a nice shopping experience. I went into Kohl's for two specific items and they had them. The boxes that the products came in were in excellent condition. At check out my associate was very kind and honored my Kohl bucks & gave me more of what I earned in the present purchase which I really appreciated. He also helped me to my vehicle due to one of my purchases being a bit large to carry. He was great! Great Customer Service Indeed!

My daughter and I really enjoy shopping at Kohl’s! The employees are always friendly and the store is always clean! There is also plenty of shopping space! Great job Eric and associates at the Tupelo, MS store!

I had a great customer service from an employee named Eric. I couldn't find a certain shoe that the Southaven store had. He saw the frustration in my face and said he would try to help me. I explained exactly what the shoes looked like. The shoe was not on display but he found the shoes. I wish more employees were like him. ?

Kohls credit account is just a fraud. My account has been hacked numerous times and when you call they are little to no help. I live in MS and someone in New Jersey used my card and account # and they didn't red flag anything and they don't want to give my money back. This is fraud. If you have an account with them you better cancel it before you robbed!

I give kohls 2 stars because they try. Its just no one cares about IZOD or Eddie Bauer... How many times you seen a jacket and been like Man! Is that an Eddie Bauer jacket! Hell no no one does!! IZOD is what you get when Polo by RL and Lacoste get to TOGTHER and have a baby except no one wants the damn thing!
