Mr. Tony Bane, a manger, and JJ, an employee, was so helpful and provided great customer service as soon as I walked in the door until I checked out! This is the kind of customer service and assistance I like to receive when spending my hard earned money!

Ordered a grill and a week later was notified my order had been canceled, grill no longer available. Decided to buy the next size larger as it is in stock, 3-4 days for assembly so now I’m buying a grill and assembling it myself. Big box stores are basically self serve warehouses, no customer service at all!

I'm here everyday, never get much help from the employees but today, a lady named Noki, was the biggest help ever. Knows where everything is and can assist when asking about things. Lowe's should give her a raise

I placed an order online, waited to be told that it was ready, and drove almost forty-five minutes to get to the store. Once we arrived at the store, I checked in on the app and walked on in the door. As we entered the store, we were looked directly in our faces and still not greeted. I thought that maybe the lady had a lot on her mind and wasn't really at herself at the moment. We walked on to customer service where we were greeted and taken care of, respectfully. We had to walk back pass the lady on our way out and once again, she looked up at us, pulled her phone out, and
did not say a word to us. The crazy part was, as we walked out of the door, rolling our items on the buggy, a caucasian couple came in and all of a sudden... she could talk! She (Camilla) greeted the couple with excitement in her voice and a big smile. At this point, we felt somewhat disrespected because we couldn't understand the difference in us and the other couple. With that being said, I stepped back inside and pointed it out to her. I asked her what the difference was and she said, "They're regulars." I was instantly offended and said "So are we!" After that, she gave me excuses about having a lot on her mind, being a nursing student, etc. I responded by telling her that everything she's going through now, I've done already. Plus, served my country. She couldn't seem to see what she'd done wrong until my spouse asked to speak to a manager and was given a team leader. We ended up back at customer service waiting for the assistant manager, which put us on hold for about twenty minutes. (The guy at customer service was very professional and accomodating!) Once the assistant manager (Marcus Poe)finally made it to us, he already seemed to be irritated and wouldn't listen to our complaint without interrupting every other statement/sentence. Let's just say that that was my worst experience ever!
