Brought my best friend over from Birmingham (1/23/24 around 3:30pm) to look at a new replacement vehicle for purchase, as he lost his (21 Mach-E Select) in a recent accident.. When we pulled onto the lot, we saw there was already a salesperson outside helping a customer with a new Bronco. So, to make it easier, we walked all the way from far end of the parking lot into the showroom where we stood around and looked over a new Mustang as we waited for another salesperson to come assist us. After no assistance inside there, we walked out looking for someone else on the lot to help us. That's when I turned around and saw through the front window there was someone standing in the big showroom booth! A gentleman with glasses just stared at us as we walked away.. I realized then we had simply been ignored. The only thing we can think of, is we drove up to the dealership in an older model 90s car that I use for driving to work. So they might not have thought we had the means to purchase anything nicer than that.. No worries. After a quick drive to a town over that's even closer to Alabama, my friend drove home in a brand new leftover 2023 Ford from a smaller family owned dealership that was super friendly and welcoming. He didn't need any cash down and financed with Ford Credit bank at a very low 1.9% special interest rate.... It's unfortunate that the metro guys missed a good sale because it's where I purchased my previous truck and current MKZ from, and I have loved both of these vehicles! All I can say is we tried! Even walked into the showroom looking for someone. I'll definitely be back for servicing in the future, but I might think twice about trading cars there again. It rubbed me the wrong way how we weren't even asked if we needed help.Edit: Hi, Wendy. There really is no need in my calling over this.. He has already purchased another vehicle yesterday after we left. I may speak with you, though, in person when I come back for my next oil change. I appreciate the quick response.

This place is filled with incompetent service people salesman, as well as the general manager. They claim to fix my car when I picked up the car after they told me it was ready everything was still not working as well as other problems. Took it to another dealership and found out they did not replace any parts. That’s called Insurance fraud. They are lying crooks, and I will report them on all platforms. Connor the service manager and Byron the general manager have no clue what they are doing or how to run a business. They are incompetent and Criminal

Excellent experience buying from Metro Ford. Great customer service and always quick to respond when you have questions. I would recommend friends or family use them.

Poor follow through on car purchase. The vehicle I test drove and bought was overdue for an oil change and had a low tire. We came to a purchase agreement that was to include fixing the low tire and an oil change. They just added air to the tire, never checked the tire which was flat the next day. They did not change the oil, only reset the indicator - only found out at crawling under and looking at the oil filter that had the previous oil change date. None of the saved locations in the nav system were cleared out and none of the pair phones were cleared either. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still do not have the title for the vehicle. Do not expect follow through or customer service from this dealership from my experience.

Had truck f250 serviced last week. They charged me 600 and suppose to do a 21 point inspection and 6 months ago was supposed to fix what they call a death wobble and charged me over 600. Well today I take it to someone else and I have belt broke in 2 tires, slack in front because of upper and lower tierods need replacing and shocks need replaced costs me 1500 but atleast it will be fixed right this time. This is a sorry company who just wants your money instead of fixing it right.

Everything went as smooth as could be expected. The sales team helped ensure I received all available rebates, and went through multiple financing options, until I found what was suitable for me. I am very pleased with the truck as well.

My stepdaughter was about to buy a used car from another dealer in Tupelo on Friday 8-25-2023. I asked her not to and to meet me at Metro Ford. She did and we met the salesman who after a relatively short period of time sold her a car. Nice car. Good price.As the papers were being finalized they took the car back for detailing.No detailing was done AND they left the glued papers on the window.When she got home and tried to remove the glued on papers from the window the tint came off with the glue!!She called Metro Ford and was told her to bring it back and they would have the tint repaired.I took it back myself as I was the one who recommended this dealership.Upon returning it the salesman was VERY APOLOGETIC but stated they could not fix the big hole in the tint!They did however go the extra mile and remove the rest of the glue from the window!!Extremely pathetic after the sale service!Avoid this place like the plague!Update:::I did call Wendy and actually sent her pictures of the damaged tint. She took my complaint to the General Manager and then invited me to call him. Guy named Beyron.After a long pointless discussion with Beyron it turns out Wendy dispite her efforts was mistaken.This IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS AT METRO FORD!Lots of apologies but at the end of the day… YOU BETTER NOT DO A CASH PURCHASE WITH THESE PEOPLE!Avoid them like the plague!!

I will NEVER buy another vehicle from anyone other than Beyron Erby or Austin Burks! These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Anytime I have had a problem on anything they would be so quick to help. I’m telling you right now do yourself a favor and only shop with them, you will thank me later… we bought us a car and took 2 of our daughters for their first big girl purchase with these guys… thank you guys for being the best at what you do. Other car lots should hire you both to come teach their employees how to handle business….
