The reviews about the store hours are correct. I’m not from Tupelo, so I had to drive at least 40 mins. I went on Saturday June 22 2024 @ 5:15 and no one was there. Door locked and lights off. The sign said they close at 7. I wish I would’ve check the reviews before hand and just went to olive branch/ Memphis. Unacceptable Metro.

no body has been working at that store in tupelo past 3 days what is going on? i have called and been there 4 times and have seen other people try and get in as well. i need my phone turned on please tell me what to do.

False advertisement of scheduled open and closed store hours. Today is Saturday and the store hours read that they close at 7:00 p.m. I showed up at 6:15 p.m. and the door was locked. Would change my plan on line but online I am unable to remove another line off my account because I can't find that phone. It is on my account but that isn't enough!!!

I visited this store to port-in to Metro by T-Mobile due to ongoing iPhone 11 offer. Metro by T-Mobile says I should pay just $49 for iPhone 11 and then buy a qualifying plan. I also expected taxes and port-in fees of $20. They charged me $69 for the iPhone, and then overcharged about $50 by selling a screen cover and charger I guess. I ended up paying $220 to them. I would not have written a bad review if they had not refused to give me invoice. When I asked for invoice, their reply was "we were not suppose to sell this phone in the offer.... but the another lady started billing by mistake. No invoice at the end! I knew they are screwing me as I recently paid $210 for everything just a few months back when iPhone11 phone was for $99 and not $49. Never going to visit them again!

I had the pleasure of meeting India03064, greet customer service from the time I walked into the store and until I walked out of the store. . I was able to get the phone I wanted and also was able to keep my phone. She stayed on hold with a representative to make sure they called my previous carrier in order to keep my number. She went above and beyond and I thank her for it.
