“We met with Giselle at the N Gloster AT&T store in Tupelo. She knew her products and pricing, was very nice and pleasant to work with, had a great attitude and gave us her full attention. We left pleased with her service and results.

This store is excellent. We previously worked with Angela on a billing issue that she was able to easily resolve and actually lowered our bill quite a bit. The local AT&T franchise store on Cliff Gookin messed up our account and was unable to fix it despite several visits to the store. We came to this company-owned store and Angela stepped in and quickly resolved the mistakes the other store had made.”

“I cannot seem to get any help with my iPhone 7 warranty. Had phone less than two weeks and the screen went black and dead. The numbers I’ve called have been given the runaround. This number doesn’t do the warranty on the 7 call another number and have to leave voicemail which they don’t return. Can’t do in store warranty claim. Big mess then you have to leave over 400 dollars on hold in cases they don’t get the phone back. Not pleased with that part but service on my other line is great.”

“My local AT&T store is always friendly and willing to assist a customer. My last visit was for a Iphone 13 that had a sim card issue would not accept calls.
The sales ladies reviewed my account and found savings on my monthly billing. Next month my wife and I are scheduled to return and upgrade our phones. My new phone would be $5 month vs $20
