I really wanted to like this salon, but I had a disappointing experience. My acrylic nails did not turn out how I asked. They were uneven and bubbly, with messy lines, missing paint in spots, and no cuticle clean-up. The underside was also sloppy.
When I went back to explain politely, I was told I could come in for a fix. I explained I didn’t have time and asked for a refund. They only refunded $10 of the $60 service.
When I called later to clarify why the refund was so small, the manager became extremely rude. Instead of listening, she yelled over me, told me if I wanted a refund they’d “cut the nails off,” and didn’t give me a chance to speak. It felt hostile and unprofessional.
As someone who also works in customer service, I know the value of treating people with respect and making things right when they’re unhappy. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I want others to know what to expect. I hope the salon can work on better communication and treating customers with more courtesy.

This salon is the best in town! No one else compares! Danny and Victoria are the owners of the shop, and they actively work in the salon each day. Along with their outstanding team, they deliver superior service every time.
The salon itself is clean and modern. The lighting is good, and the staff members are all friendly and kind. Each chair has massage, recline, and heat features, for the most relaxing experience.
The prices are reasonable and fair. The staff members are eager to explain pricing and to talk about innovative designs. There are extensive choices for dip, gel, or powder, as well as options for waxing and eyelash extensions.
You’ll come in a stranger but leave feeling like family!
The finished product from this nail salon is always one of which you can be proud!

Nail Design is the best spot in town! I would never consider going elsewhere. The owners and staff members are all knowledgeable and skilled. The quality of their work is second to none! Plus, they are friendly and kind. Everyone is welcome at this nail shop! No matter where I go, people ask who does my nails. The expertise of those working at Nail Design is superior. In fact, I have been coming here at least twice a month for more than twenty years. In recent years, my ten year old daughter accompanies me. She, too, is hooked on the stellar service and innovative design skills. The salon itself is comfortable and plush. Each chair has massage functions, plus an option for heat and reclining. While there is no option for appointments, the wait time at Nail Designs is always minimal. I love the ability to pop in Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm and leave with perfect fingers and toes! The staff members have never failed to accommodate both my requests for gel or dip and my schedule! Their prices, too, are reasonable and fair. I would be remiss in not mentioning that the waxing is also superior here. My eyebrows have never looked better! You'd be missing out on exemplary service and style if you skip a visit to Nail Design!
