Employees should not have to wait in a full service, new prescription line. Meds should be filled at the time of arrival. This is a waste of time, fuel, and a delay for further patient care. We are the patients/ customers. I thought our logo was the same for every patient , every time. They might as well change the full service sign to get ready and drive away and come back in an hour.

Hospital employees are dictated to use this pharmacy by HR. Acclaim insurance only wants to cover your medicine here. NMMC has never cared about their employees home and personal life, and not much changes when it comes to prescription coverage.
