My adult son was in emergency room for 5 hours with a kidney stone. We were leaving for our vacation in 2 days. The doctor, wish I had his name, apparently called around to find a urologist that could do his procedure the next day so he could go on vacation. Had to go to Oxford, but that was okay. Thank you so much!

I had a Chemical Peel done in the Spa. I have seen absolutely no benefit from the $130 service. My skin wasn’t stimulated at all No tingling feeling, stinging, peeling, burning sensation or anything. I absolutely can’t tell I had those services done. I honestly don’t think the Lady giving the services is experienced. I can see why they lack in clientele. I spoke with the Supervisor JR who was willing to give me 20 percent off another round of services and I kindly declined. I don’t have money to waste on experimental services. THERE is no way she is experienced and was reading off of her phone. JR stated that was her way of making sure she followed protocols. I’ve had many facials and never had someone reading off of their phone.

Everyone was nice met new people and friends there also nice equipment and nice pool. Everything went well till this one short white staff came and assaulted us and we left because we felt very uncomfortable even though when we went inside and changed he was waiting outside the door for us to leave, every time we wanted to do some thing he would tell us no but we would watch other people play with their families and he would not say anything to them. This staff should be fired because it does not matter what race color you are you should be welcomed there. I was there as in guest and told the lady I would sign up as soon as I would finish swimming, but this man change my mind about this gym, and I will never sign up and come back to this gym. Very disrespectful person.

One of the male staff , he is short and haves problem with walking, he talked to us very disrespectfully and tried to assault us. Even when after changing, the staff told one of the members to keep an eye on me and was very uncomfortable. The gym and the other staffs were very nice to me and made me felt welcomed till this disrespectful guy came and talked to us in a disrespectful way.

We were guests at the gym today. It went very well till One of the male staffs and he is short and walks side ways was very racist and kept watching us all times. also there were other kids play with the beach ball. when we played with the ball he told us he will kick us out if we picked up the beach ball and played with it. but other children had played with it and did not say anything to them. even the staff talked to us in a very disrespectful way. I would never go back to that specific gym again.

Felt welcomed till one of the staff talked to me in a racist way and tried to kick me out because the staff did not like me at all. I would never want to come back again because I did not felt welcomed then at all from this short man

Friendly staff and clean and safe; however machines are outdated and facility is needing renovations to update. Happy for group classes available
