They have the worst customer service these days. For the past year I have been, the employees are rude. You should at least acknowledge customers and not try to run over them to get your job done. They do not care about the customers at all. I hardly ever find anything in there anyway.

I inadvertently went the wrong way to check out today. A woman named Joanna very rudely told me, "the line is over there." When I got to the counter, I told her that if she needed to direct someone that perhaps she could be more polite. She offered no response. Tupelo store normally has very nice people working. Today, this was not the case.

My only complaint was the bathrooms were trashed, there was several rolls of tissue still - I know it was a crazy busy day for them being tax free weekend, but it's not too hard to send someone to just pickup the toilet paper wrappers that people throw on the floor.Service was great, lots of lovely ladies running the dressing rooms today and they kept them cleaned out and the line moving. Checkout was super fast too.
