Pet Care

Dilworth Small Animal Hospital
2214 W Jackson St, TupeloMy cat, Misty, has been with us for nearly 14 years, unthinkably long for an outside cat that hadn't stepped paw into a clinic since she got her spay done as a kitten. She fell ill this week; stopped eating and moving. My parents have never allowed taking pets to a vet, with exclusively outside animals, and I'm only recently enough into adulthood to have a say in the matter. So I decided to be the first to do so, and was recommended this place immediately by my sister and her husband.
This was my very first experience with a vet. The people here were so kind the whole way through, which meant the world as it was all very new to me. I was able to get an appointment very quickly (same-day was available, though I had to go with next-day for my own schedule) with the help of a very sweet receptionist, and told clearly all upfront charges and those that would potentially be incurred by possible tests.
Our appointment was this morning. When we got in, it was a small, clean, pleasant waiting room, and we were even allowed to go ahead to our room while I filled out forms so that Misty wouldn't be stressed out by the dogs in the lobby. The vet tech was very sweet and patient, and our doctor, Dr. Tomberlin, was nothing but kind and gentle to us and Misty. We discussed the symptoms and their severity, Dr. Tomberlin told us with great experience what she thought, and then we were then given the options of attempting diagnosis and treatment, or euthanasia. We were never pressured one way or the other, but we decided on euthanasia for Misty's comfort. They gave us ample time with her to say our goodbyes and walked us clearly through every step beforehand, and I was able to hold her while she passed. With every option given, I was able to ask the price beforehand, and make informed decisions on Misty's care (euthanasia or no, as well as how we would like her body returned to us).
I cannot overstate my appreciation for these wonderful people, all very respectful and loving while we said goodbye to a friend. I would highly recommend them.

Tupelo Small Animal Hospital
2096 S Thomas St, TupeloDr. Yates and his staff went above and beyond for us as a new patient. He thoroughly explained everything that was going on, including our options on how to treat the condition not just right now but going forward. He has gained a new patient and a family that is eternally grateful for someone who listened and done the necessary steps/testing to getting our girl feeling better.

All Animal Hospital: Baker Susie DVM
1411 Coley Rd, TupeloI've used the veterinarians here for years and love them. I've tried other vets in Tupelo and was actually referred to All Animal by another vet. They have helped us, lovingly, through the circle of life. I trust them implicitly because they are just plain smart. If they can't handle the problem, they know the best doctors for a referral. Every single person that works there is great.

Tupelo Veterinary Hospital
422 S Veterans Memorial Blvd, TupeloThe people that make up this office are more than staff, doctors, and personnel… they’re legit humans that care about the well being of your extended family. They will go how ever many extra miles it takes to care for them in a manner that only exists by the hands of someone that truly cares about the life and longevity of your beloved pet. There’s not enough room in my heart to express the love and gratitude I have for each and every member of this wonderful staff and all the stars in the sky could never amount to the stars they deserve ?

Blue Canoe
2006 N Gloster St, TupeloI was excited to go to the Blue Canoe in Tupelo Mississippi to see @CamdenWalkerMorris play live music. The overall experience was outstanding. The food was excellent (Pork and Greens), the drinks (tried the unique and surprisingly good Honky Red) were priced right, then finished with the amazing Connie's Blueberry Doughnut Bread Pudding. One of the coolest places I've been for live music (Camden crushed it); atmosphere, great people, staff, food and drinks. I will be going back!

Jobos
314 E Main St, TupeloDrinks were great and speed of service for drinks was quick! The only wait on our service was at the very beginning to order the drinks and food. Standouts for the food was the bao buns and hamburger steak. The burger was good but the flavor of that hamburger steak was impeccable. Fries were good but not revolutionary. Bao bus were great but for $16 and that photo from 2 yrs ago!?! The pork belly is maybe a third of that size. The lava cake was tasty but TBH nothing special ??♀️ like where was the lava!? It was more like chocolate cake in a lava mold? Still a fun date night but pricy. The playlist was maybe the best thing?
