PHONE SERVICE REVIEW - "all of our reps are busy at this time, however your call is really important..." I know my call in important, that is why I am making it. Tip if Renasant really thought the call was important, you would hire enough people to answer the call on a Thursday at 2pm so that we would not have to wait for 10 minutes + (still going so it may get much worse). You'd think if customers were important they would actually be responsive to our needs. NOTE - Every face to face interface has been outstanding, so I am giving them a 2 star due to phone support.

I pulled up to the drive through at 4:32 and there was already a vehicle being assisted ahead of me. I was asked how I could be helped after I pressed the “call teller” button only to be told they were closed. Thanks for cutting me a break Renasant. You can help the person ahead of me but then you can’t help me? Horrible.
