Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. I’ve given multiple chances, sent emails and still no resolution. Nor has a manager from the resolution department contacted as I requested. I’m left with no option but to contact BBB.

Go to Troy Street location (main branch) and when you walk in you will be greeted ever so humbly by Ms. Judy Ballard. She had me come right over and I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. However, it seemed like no time at all as the encounter was so personal. She makes you feel right at home like you’re visiting a long time friend.

If you want your credit score destroyed and your mortgage sold to a third party, Renasant and Chad Bailey are your best friends! The most incompetent group of people, I've dealt with...ever. They were supposed to work for me, but, I played secretary. I sent all info six times to four different people. If you love anxiety, stress, an EXTREME lack of communication, having them ask you something like, "did you do the second draw?"...not knowing what that means because you deal with multiple people and not just one...if you want to be three months behind on your mortgage and not have even signed paperwork to finalize your loan...then, look no further...you've found your gimps.

This is my bank with many branches in Tupelo and surrounding areas plus surrounding States I have done maintenance for them for years and I found that the managers and employees are just as helpful off the clock as they are at work

My experience with Renasant Bank has not been good. No one communicates with each other. I got a few months behind in my mortgage payments when I found out I had brain cancer and had to have surgery and go through treatments. I called the mortgage company and told them right away. I asked for help. They first time they kept losing my paperwork. Then I finally got them to keep up with the paperwork. My payments were over 800.00 dollars so what do they do calling themselves helping me, they raised my house payments to 1335.50 a month. That's not helping and then I'm paying the payments but they still keep charging me in addition to that they charge me 16.50 twice a month for somebody to drive by my house to put a note on my door. I could see if i didnt pay or ignored there phone call but thats not the case.
