Worked here once. The pay was pretty decent. They offered good insurance. You qualified for holiday pay as soon as you started. You got plenty of vacation time and wasn't asked to work a ton of hours, so i felt like the place promoted a work/ life balance. I worked in the shipping department pulling doors. The place was highly unorganized. They don't have any personnel to train you, they depend on the workers to train you and do their job. I was told that they had a trainer at one point, but he got promoted to night shift supervisor and to save money they just did away with the position. I told the supervisor, Ryan, that I didn't feel like I was getting the guidance or training that I needed to succeed at my job and he caught an attitude and cursed at me. The supervisor doesn't do much of anything to help his guys. He just sat in his office for most of the day. I figured with him being in a leadership position that he might possess valuable knowledge that could assist with a few obstacles that I was having by giving me solutions that he had come up with while encountering the same problems. He reluctantly helped me once. The supervisor seemed to be focused on doing the last amount possible. The lack of organization makes locating the doors a hassle. I was told that many people get frustrated while trying to find doors and figure things out and they just walk out, but no one sees it as an issue that needs to be addressed. The greatest upside was a coworker named Cody who was a great communicator, had a great attitude, and was a tremendous help in assisting me with whatever issues I faced all while having to do his own job. A girl named Courtney was a big help too. She would constantly take time out of her day to assist me with issues that I encountered also. Cody showed great knowledge, understanding of challenges that are faced, and the ability to lead. He really should have a position in that place.

Shiper is nice but the general Labour inside the warehouse is very very very slow it took them 3+ hours to strap 7 skids. The management should focus on them to get the work done in time. Very disappointed...:(

Otr Drivers..Check in at Shipping Office and provide pu# order#. Go to the assigned dock#. Slide the tandems to the rear and chock the tires. Dock worker will let you know when you are loaded.
