Worst salon I've been to in a long time. I stopped in on a whim because the reviews looked ok. Showed her a picture of what I wanted, she said she could absolutely do it and then she proceeded to only cut my “bangs” and then tried to tell me she was done. I asked about the back of my hair and she added layers to the top half because the “underside doesn't matter”. I told her I was working out and needed to be able to put my hair up completely and she proceeded to cut the front of my hair unevenly and too short to put up in a ponytail. She only curled a few pieces of my hair “poorly” with an obviously a burnt product covered straight iron. I had to show her it was uneven at the bottom and my hair was two different lengths before she chopped off more. I am mortified. I have been growing my hair for over a year to have gotten such an awful chop job. I will never go back. This was the “owner” who cut my hair. I'm so upset. I left and cried.

This was my first time having my hair chemically treated at this salon. Teri was the person provided my services. I requested highlights. I am accustomed to receiving highlights with a foil application. Teri stated she was going to use a cap and pull my hair through it. I told her I had found it not effective at getting the color to the scalp. She said " I can get it to the scalp." I asked if the fees were the same and she said yes, $120.00 wait her way. She insisted on the cap, so I allowed her to use it. She instructed me to hold the cap ties down and not tie the cap. I had to hold the ties the entire time she pulled my hair through the holes. The results were just as I had told her, I had obvious area where the color was no where near the scalp, especially in the front hair line. I had to part my hair in a certain area to cover the mess she made. I went to another salon to have it corrected. I would not recommend l.

Way overdue for a cut, so I ended up having to go here because it was the only salon open on a Sunday, and it was the only day I had available.Told her I wanted a new hairstyle, not just shorter, but a different haircut.She literally gave me the EXACT same hairstyle, just shorter! ?Not what I wanted, expected, or paid for!The experience was also awful!? Not only could she not stop talking, but she was so rough with my hair that I developed a major headache! Worst salon experience ever!

I don’t normally leave reviews but the lady that washed ( very rough and careless like she was in a rush didn’t wash all the soap out of my hair) and cut and thinned ( again very rough and acted as if she was in a major hurry) she send me out with my hair still dripping wet. They say walk in welcome but I didn’t feel very welcome. If she didn’t have time all she had to do was ask me to come at a different time!! Then charged me 35$ very bad service/experience. I’m not from the area but maybe this will help someone else but I won’t be returnin.Service: Hair threading
