They advertise that they have a dog washing station in the store where you can bathe your dog yourself, but I've been there and called 3 different times and it is ALWAYS out of order. It's kinda like the ice cream machine at McDonald's.

Bought a 10-1 shot for my sons and the niddle was bent would not give another shot or money back with the name and number in the computer how would a person no unless you open it to see

While searching for a zero turn lawn mower, I was told they had one in stock that I was looking for. After driving an hour and a half they did in fact have the one I was looking for however after paying for it, getting the one year service plan, Jonathan headed out to get it unlocked and loaded on my trailer only to find out that the battery was dead and after several attempts to jump it off he put in a new battery. Using starter fluid the mower would crank and go back dead. After all this I requested a refund and told Jonathan after they got it back from the warranty shop to give me a call. I got a call from Jonathan on Tuesday to let me know that he had a new mower in that was still in the crate. I drove back up on Wednesday picked up the new mower and was credited for my fuel for my wasted trip on Sunday!!!! I would like to say thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!!!!!!!!
