Horrible experience was gave faulty equipment. And charged multiple times for around 700$. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Just go to a moving company save some money and time

Worst service I've ever had anywhere after being there for over an hour to rent a storage unit the store mgr just left to go home didn't bother to help the other employee whom obviously had just started the job didn't have a clue what he was doing.needless to say didn't get the unit and just had to leave.. service stinks!! I refuse to go ever to back again

Scam scam scam charged my card a total of 532.07 only had the pickup truck for 12 hrs and a car dolly for an hour which should have only cost me 168.85. I have my bank statements and my receipts these people admitted they way over charged me but said oh there's nothing we can do it will eventually fall off.

I made a reservation for today. Truck with appliance dolly. I get here and there are no appliance dollies. It is just me and my children moving with no assistance. Not to mention I have to pull the washer and dryer up a flight of stairs. Unacceptable!!! I would have never booked if I had known. Very disappointed

Picking up I was told the total was 49 and some change, then they changed it to 61. The truck barely had gas in it when we picked it up so I had to put gas in it to go 23 miles to my destination. When I drop it off they tell me I drove 65 miles around trip, I calculated my miles just because I saw that coming. I drove 46 miles round trip then they charged me another 20 dollars for gas because we left the trucks gas hand exactly where it was when we got it. Screw this place. Will never be back

My move out order has not been processed and I've made many attempts to contact the location, I've spoken with someone on the customer service line and live chat and still can't get confirmation that I will not be charged for another month. I've documented the condition of unit upon my leaving and each attempt to contact management showing that i not only left unit in proper condition but also exhausted all means by which to contact the location and rectify the situation. I will also be making a formal complaint about the mishandling of this establishment. There have been numerous issues from the date I moved in. Upon arrival the unit I reserved had someone else's belongings stored so I was moved to a different unit. Then the lady taking my reservation and payment argued with me about the free lock I was promised and wasn't until i found the email and showed her did she allow me to retrieve said lock. Then while attempting to move in my belongings there were products (boxes, packaging items etc) covering the entire floor and making it extremely difficult to even walk through the store much less carry large boxes or items to the unit. Then yesterday as I'm removing my items, I returned after dropping off a previous load, to find the door locked at 6pm when the door clearly displayed closing at 7pm. Now I've been waiting for more than 24 hrs just to have my move out processed and haven't spoken with a single person who could or even acted as if they wanted to help me. I will not ever use this company again

DO NOT USE THEM. They failed to enter returned for a U-box and billed me 2 month's for storage for a returned item. I brought it up to the manager on multiple occassion, the last when I returned 2 more U-Boxes advising to MAKE SURE you show them returned. I'm now receiving "late fees" and a threatened lien (on the air in the box I suppose). Emailed Corporate (twice) and they said "the manager will call in a day", but no call. Always low on staff, long wait times, no pins for the ramp and he didn't have any in the store so put bolts in it. An hour wait on the phone and you get corporate and when I called the managers cell (at his request) I got a "mailbox full". No trailers for the boxes and when you do get one it is a rusty mess. Corporate is no better. They tried and continue to try to bill a credit card without my authorization. And now they are billing me for "storage" and "late fees" for 3 boxes returned empty. Formal complaints filed with the MS BBB and the MS Attorney General's Office. U-Haul is bad, U-Haul of Tupelo is worse.

Made reservations with uhaul last night. The man said the size truck we wanted was available at this location for pick up. Got a text msg confirmation an hour before pick up that our pick up location was in alabama! Spent 30 min on hold for a person to pick up the phone for them to tell me there was no truck at this location available & they "try to accommodate by choosing a different location" how about just doing that in the beginning or CALLING the customer to let them know!?! Now we are screwed & have no truck! Never use uhaul! For clarification it is not this locations fault it's the customer service through uhauls fault!
