I’m sick and tired of getting an alert that my package has been “held at the customer’s request”, when I, in fact, did not request that. Then they can never seem to find them when I go to pick them up. Then I have to fight to get my money back from the retailer because the tracking shows that my package is waiting for me to pick it up. It’s a hassle and I’ve NEVER had this issue with other post offices. And they do not care about the constant hassles. Our community on Next Door and Facebook are FULL of people hunting their packages and mail. It’s ridiculous!!!

I really don’t know what y’all have going on but I have YET to receive my packages! I ordered something from shein nd Ali express both have went to other postal facilities for what ever reason nd they’re js sitting there. They also were at tupelo post office but my SHEIN one went to Pontotoc nd my Ali express one went to Memphis? Like what’s really goin on?

They have lost TWO of my packages in two weeks!!!!!!! Worth Over $300.00. I can’t get in touch with anyone! Tracking on one says it was delivered but it did not arrive. The other says it was returned due to an incomplete address and will go out the following day to try and re-deliver. A week later, I still have nothing and the notice doesn’t say which location it was returned to and can’t get anyone on the phone! This is pathetic!

Horrible. My packages are delivered to the wrong box 80% of the time. I'm constantly getting other people's mail in my box. When I receive notifications to go to the post office to pickup a package, I'm told it's on the truck for delivery when I get there. Yet it never comes and I'm back at the post office the next 2 days because I keep getting the same run around. Currently, I have been unable to check my mail for A WEEK because either the lock is broken or something inside is pressed against the lock making it unable to be unlocked. I've been told the carrier will check and fix the problem yet NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! They never answer the phone and it says the voicemail is full so I can't leave a message either. I've called the 1-800 # as well, they've communicated with the local office..still nothing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING.

Have been trying to call for most of the morning about my packages because mail carrier left the incorrect parcel locker key in my box. Extremely disappointed in the service.

Every time I come to this specific location, I never have a good experience. The staff is not friendly at all. I told the lady at the counter that I needed a label for a package and she just gave me an attitude and when I repeatedly asked her where the labels were she barely spoke up and didn’t even point me in the direction I needed. She treated me like I was stupid when I kept asking because I was confused. If you ever need to go the post office do NOT go to this location. You will have better luck and nicer staff in Belden and on West Main.

Staff is usually pretty friendly and will answer questions you have. There is a wait sometimes during busy times, but it's not bad.

Yesterday, I got 12 letters that belong to 3 of my neighbors on the next road down from me in my mailbox . I've not seen my mail . Last month happened 2 different times that I received 27 letters for 9 differnt household mail in my box . But I didn't get anything yetSo I don't know who has my mail .

Y’all are unprofessional the mail carriers are unprofessional… y’all don’t answer the phone… I have been waiting on mail for 2 damn weeks an y’all normally deliver to my house . This is crazy
