One star for photo . If they can’t print your order , they don’t even notify you . Drove 30 miles to pick up an order only to be told their printer is down. They should have reached out and advised so that the order could be sent to another store . When I asked if she bound send the re-order link she said “ I can’t do that for you ma’am “. My thoughts are she didn’t want to or didnt know how to because it’s been done several times before when a store couldn’t fulfill an order .

If I could leave a 0 I would. This is the WORST Walgreens Photoshop I've ever been to. This isn't the first time they have messed everything up. I don't know what else to do other than to spell it out for them. I tried i best to be calm because i know mistakes can happen. However the level of miscommunication and different excuses I was given ruin my whole day. I submitted an online order for same day pickup. I called at 9am and spoke with someone who stated that it will be completed to but not by 6pm. As rude as she sound, it disregarded it and order my photo book. After that was competed i went to the store just to check and ensure the order was in progress and it was sent over to the correct store. After a few mins to find the order the young lady stated yes she had it and it should be ready by 7pm-8. Great!When I return back at 7pm. I had NO BOOK. She looked it up and said I cant find it, then they told me i never submitted it, then I was told I was called because they couldn't print the photos, which I was not. Then i was told they have too many workers on staff and didn't know who work at 2pm as if there wasn't a schedule to look into. I sat there over an 1hr just to be told, create another book and order it, then it may be free but they was unsure if anyone could make it tonight. This place is the biggest joke ever. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. So over this. They always have a story for you to why they haven't done their jobs and then upset with you when you are mad!!!! Worst customer service. Beyond frustrated doesn't even touch this!!!! This book was apart of a special gift for our office doctor for Thanksgiving and now we don't have it. No one all of a sudden knew how to cancel the order & refund me back. Very disappoint. Then to sit in my face and talk about another associate and how they didn't want to work with her or train her, WAS MY WALKING OUT POINT, because this is why you failed as a team. This made no sense coming from what suppose to be the on duty managers.

If I could leave a 0 I would. This is the WORST PHARMACY in North Mississippi. This isn't the first time they have messed everything up. I don't know what else to do other than to spell it out for them. My sons prescriptions are sent to them via email for 3 months at a time. I called them Saturday February the 18th at 11:50 to tell time I needed it refilled. She looked it up and said ok we will have this ready for you in a hour. I went to pick up today and guess what not ready and they wanted to start out saying they didn't have the prescription but when I showed them the call they wanted to say the file that was sent was locked. Really if it was locked how did they fill the 2 prior months?!?!? This place is the biggest joke ever. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. We will be moving after this. So over this. They always have a story for you to why they haven't done their jobs and then upset with you when you are mad!!!! Worst customer service. They had from Saturday til this moment to call me and let me know something was wrong but no nothing. I could have called the doctor this morning and resolve this if it was on the doctors in and if they would have let me know something was wrong. Beyond frustrated doesn't even touch this!!!! If it was one of their children you best bet it wouldn't have got to this point!

I enjoy shopping at Walgreens with digital coupons. I love their clearance most of all but unfortunately, I am usually too late for the good clearance items. If I could figure out how people get the info when the clearance starts I would be a happy girl lol. Surprisingly they have good prices on toys and seasonal items. A lot of the other products are a little pricey in my opinion. The staff is friendly and pleasant also.

I was in this location in Tupelo, MS the morning of January 9 to pick up a photo order. The person who waiting on me was Melody Moore. She was not only rude to me but I witnessed her being rude and short with other customers and other associates. She spouted constantly what Walgreens policies and procedures were and that she was following them. Does Walgreens have ANY policies and procedure requirements for being polite and offering good customer service? It wasn’t evident from this associate….

The pharmacy drive thru is extra slow. Took one carvin line 15 mins before they had their scripts. I was 5th in line. You do the math!

I went to go get my daughters medicine. I gave the cashier "Princess" my daughters name I also spelled it for her and gave her her birthday. She tried to tell me there was nothing called in or ready for her and nothing had been called in since she had the flu. Which is funny because I had called earlier around 12 and spoke with her and told her it needed to be refilled. So I left and my mom called up there and talked with the pharmacist and she said it was ready and had been ready... well my mom went up there and it was the same cashier "princess"... she told my mom I must of gave her the wrong name or something which is not true because she had sat there and said to me earlier she hadn't had anything called since she had the flu and she had just gotten over it. This is not the first time I've had this happen with her either.

Why is only the drive-thru open to the pharmacy?! I mean I would think a pharmacy would be a pretty important component to Wal-Greens business. The line is wrapped around the building for pharmacy services and people can’t get their medications. I’m about to switch to Kroger, this location never fills my scrips on time anyway.
