Bro walmart is walmart they always got what you need although their items are sometimes marked wrong.Just don't get it delivered sometimes they litteraly bruse you fruit or crush your bread.

The customer service is horrible and the employees at check out did not help. I am a paying customer that checked out at the self check out and requested cash back. There was no option but dominations of 20s. I asked the cashier at selfcheck out for smaller change and was informed she didnt have a drawer. I went to customer service and the guy that helped me mumbled a bunch of nonsense before advising me that he cant open his draw to give me change. Mind you I just completed a transaction less than 5 minutes before approaching customer service receipt in hand. I travel all over the country for work and never had this time of experience at Walmart. Employees need a refresher on their customer service skills and knowledge of company policy.

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate how much this Walmart has improved over the last year, I'd especially like to thank Matthew in electronics for helping me as well as other customers. Thanks for being so knowledgeable and making my day better & easier!!

I don't know who the delivery service that is used in Tupelo, Ms that Wal-Mart uses but THEY SUCK!!!! They send notification the at your order has been delivered when in fact, your order is no where to be found. This has happened twice in two months. This kind of service is a pathetic disgrace. Apparently, Wal-Mart doesn't care about their customers anymore.

Be carefull when using curbside pickup. they lie str to your face everything was founf no missing or substituted items. one time, the bag itself has a "SUBSTITUTION" label right on it.

Where to begin.......we don't even have the names of the women bc the experience was horrific and we're just appalled, not only how our wasn't cut the way either of the two of us asked for but how rude and unhelpful the women were.......they wanted us in and out and that's what they got

Employees are not friendly. They are trying to be competitive with the new Aldi in town but they cannot compete with Aldi's amazing customer service and better priced items. Don't expect anyone to help you at this Walmart location.

There not even a 1, when in with hair below my shoulders ask for a trim. The girl China took a big chunk out of the side, couldn't fix it, Rick another one said he could fix, but not what I wanted or ask for. Needless to say, I left with a hair cut up to my chin. Then Rick was trying to charge me for a service. I gave him my business card and told him to have his manager call me, I wasn't paying for a service that I didn't get what I ask for. As Rick was fixing my hair he was explaining to China how to cut it and what she did wrong. If you want to be a Guinea pig and don't care what your hair looks like then this might be the place for you, other wise STAY AWAY!!! my husband always tells me you get what you pay for!!!! Who thought a trim of just the ends being cut off could turn out so bad
